If you're looking for a broad base of education with specific emphasis on your interests, consider colleges and universities.

General description: An educational institution that grants four-year degrees in the arts or sciences and offers courses in particular fields of study. Colleges and universities are privately or publicly funded.
Degrees offered: Bachelor's, associate's, master's, doctor's.

To start your education, you may also consider attending a community college, which offers similar courses but in a two-year associate's degree program.
